The highest organ of SOYVA is the board of Directors whose responsibility is to champion the vision of the organization, develop and approve budgets, represent the Organization to the larger community and ensure sustainability of the organization through proper oversight and controls.
The board also hires the executive secretary of the organization who is the CEO of SOYVA and secretary to the board.
The executive secretary is responsible for day today running of the organization and reports to the board.
